Oct. 20 | Botanical Dye Workshop
Oct. 20 | Botanical Dye Workshop
Spend the morning learning more about the wonders of natural plant dyes. Together along with textile artist, Chelsea Thompson, of Earthencolor, we will create wearable art. In this workshop, we will focus on the art of bundle dyeing with botanicals! We will be using dried and fresh flowers and kitchen scraps to dye your choice of a silk bandana, bamboo socks, cotton tote bag, or a silk pillowcase. A slow process of unplanned discoveries, and organic imperfections. We will have the perfect atmosphere for strengthening your relationship with nature & moving you along your slow fashion journey.
