Refund policy


MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND SALE:
All merchandise purchased on promo are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. This promo offer cannot be applied to past or future purchases. Promo excludes items from the following brands - Brander Art Furniture, Source Element Design, Distant Echo, & Ostara Naturals. Promo expires at 11:59PM Monday, May 25, 2026.

Return & Exchange Policy: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund within 7 days of receipt or exchange within 14 days of receipt at the product's current selling price. If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may return it in-store for a refund within 7 days of purchase or exchange within 14 days of purchase at the product's current selling price. Refunds are given back to the original form of payment. Sale merchandise, jewelry, fragrance, skin care, nail polish, candles, undergarments, socks, hats, hair accessories, gloves, personal care products, swimwear, perishable goods, gift cards and items purchased on promo are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Some one-of-a-kind, high value items, and select collections may be listed as final sale. This will be noted in the product description. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Items must be returned in original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

We have the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

WEB RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

  1. Verify that your order qualifies for a return then, email us at contact@wullandoak.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.

  3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Items must be returned in original packaging.

SALE, PROMO, & DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
All sale items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.

Sale merchandise is final sale; sale discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offer codes. Full-priced merchandise purchased on promo or with discount codes applied are final sale unless specified otherwise.

PREORDER POLICY
Due to limited quantities, all Preorder items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange. All preorder items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders. If a preorder is not able to be fulfilled, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued to your credit card. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank statement. Preorder items will be described as such in the product description. We cannot guarantee that Preorder items will be available by the date listed in the product description.
