SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS on our shop business days (Tuesday to Friday) excluding holidays.

Our shipping rates are:
Flat rate shipping of $9.99 for all domestic orders under $300.00
All Domestic Orders over $300.00 or more currently qualify for free shipping.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. 

Wull & Oak LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not available at this time.

IN-STORE PICKUPS
WULL & OAK WILL BE CLOSED 5/28/26-6/2/26 IN-STORE PICK-UP ORDERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AT THAT TIME.
Local pickups take 1-2 days to process. You will be notified when the order is ready. For verification purposes, please bring the credit card used for purchase as well as valid ID when picking up your order. For local pickups you must select this option during checkout. Orders can be picked up during regular business hours at our Hopewell location at 10 E Broad St., Hopewell, NJ 08525

LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive our signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
