The artist, designer, and crafter behind Simply Booked is junk-journalling, memory-book maker, Candida Marques. She designs and creates each individual book out of sustainable items. You will find hand-dyed coffee and papers. She even uses onion skins, left-over wine, avocado skins and more the naturally dye papers. Most of the covers on her books are made using upcycled cereal boxes or cardboard from shipping boxes. She uses mailing envelopes, tea bags, old paper and much more to create these lovely one-of-a-kind creations.
